Routing a document to different folders by tagging client names

I created a template to route a document while tagging. Previously my template fields were getting populated by client names from repository. But now all the fields are coming blank and opening the drop down list just give message "loading" which is going on and on.

 

Can anyone provide me the solution to fix this thing?

Hi Manoj,

 

What version of Laserfiche are you using? Did closing and re-opening Laserfiche client help? Did restarting the service help?

 

Also, when you "client names from the repository" are you using a populated list of a lookup to the Laserfiche trustee table (or view)?

I am using laserfiche 9. This problem is arising due to database.

I meant version, minor version and build. There is a known bug for lookups, which sounds applicable so a simple upgrade might solve your problem.
