A customer wants to change all the images scanned in gray scale to black and withe. Is there any way to do this conversion?

The best way would be to use Quick Fields with the Laserfiche Capture Engine to reprocess the images.

Depending on the source images, I'm not always happy with the Color Removal process in Quick Fields. We often end up using Irfanview from the command line in Quick Fields (Scripting toolkit required). It has a pretty good BW conversion with lots of tweakable options.

Hi Jaun,

If the customer hasn't got Quick Fields, Photo Docs can be used to convert images to B&W.
