I have a form that was submitted and an original document created. The form then went back through a process for a signature and after this process a second document with the signature is created in Laserfiche as a part of the process.

I have one instance wherein this did not occur. All other forms went through correctly, but this one did not. I see the instance in Forms, but I need to create the PDF document from this form into the repository.

Is there a way to manually create a PDF from a forms instance?

If that instance is suspended, you should see a Retry button on the Results page. You can use this to retry saving the form to the repository. If that isn't possible, you can use the tool that Forms uses to capture PDFs, wkhtmltopdf.

Is the step it's at the step that saves it to the repository? If so, it could be that it is timing out before the PDF is being created. We had this problem. The latest hotfix for Forms allows you to specify a custom timeout. It fixed the problem for us.
