LDAP Configuration for Participants

I have entered in the LDAP configuration information. After saving it, I only see the following:

 

 

Should I be seeing a list of users to select to enable? We currently have 10 participant licenses and they are all in use. Will it only show the users in the LDAP group if there are enough licenses for everyone in the group?

This issue was resolved by modifying the Base Distinguished Name to use an OU.

Hi Blake,

 

It should list all the users. Are some of the users named user? Is there any error information logged in event viewer?

All of these users are not Named Users. There are no errors in the Event Viewer regarding this problem.

I have opened a Support Case with our VAR.

I have it pointing to a group for the Base Distinguished Name. Does that make a difference?

Blake,

 

Your VAR has opened a support case and we are investigating further. One thing to note is that we used a third party LDAP browser called LDAP Admin and when connecting using the same Base DN that you configured in Forms, LDAP Admin also returned 0 sub entries. In any case, we'll update this thread again after the case has a definite resolution.
