Ok. We have a work around. We opened a support ticket and they have me try a few things. see attached screen shot for actually working results. it requires a different step, but we are functioning again.
I'm glad that this is sufficient for now; I'm sorry I forgot to suggest adding wildcards earlier.
As a note: You should be able to add wildcards * around the search term when doing a quick search or Basic search too, not just from the Entry Name search that you have in your screenshot. Since I can't reproduce the issue, I can't be sure whether this will work for you, but it would mean less change from your usual search flow.
If you click on the magnifying glass to the right of the search box there is some search options. Is Search Entry Named selected?
Is the document indexed?
In version 9.0.3 and 9.1.1 of the desktop Client, performing a quick search with the option "Entry Name" on things like 15.61 will successfully return document with names like 24400011 Home Depot - 15.61 as shown in your screenshot. Please make sure that:
If "Entry Name" is selected and "Find partial matches" is enabled, please answer the following:
The document is indexed. MY search settings are the same. This is on every computer.
If "Entry Name" is selected and "Find partial matches" is enabled, please answer the following:
we are using 9.1.1, I upgrade the entire building last week.
I am still unable to reproduce the issue. Please contact your reseller to open a support case to further troubleshoot.
