The following is for Windows 7 or 8:

1. Open up Explorer and go to "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo"

2. Create a new application shortcut that points to the SendToLaserfiche90.exe file which can be found in the Common Files folder under Program Files (or Program Files (x86)). Example, "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Laserfiche\SendToLf\SendToLaserfiche90.exe"

3. Press next and Name it however you wish.

Done!

You now should see Laserfiche in the Send To context menu.

Is the issue machine or user specific?

Does it show in the Office applications?

If not, please make sure that Office Integration is installed with the LF client.

Wes's steps will resolve the issue. As to why it was needed - there's no 'All Users' in Windows for SendTo like there is for, say, Desktop (by which I mean the user profile folder 'All Users'). That means that there's no way for the installation to set up a SendTo shortcut to show up for every user, it will just install for the user that the installation ran as. It's always seemed weird to me that this is the case in Windows, but it's apparently just how it is.

Thanks for all the information.  That resolved the issue and explained why it was on some workstations for users and not for others.
