I'm looking to have a MS Word doc pre-populate with metadata tokens via workflow. Here are the steps I'm going through to make this happen.
- Find the blank template by ID (NOTE: the MS Word doc is already configured to have the metadata field token values where I need them to be displayed)
- Copy the found doc
- Assign Metadata
Currently, when I assign metadata to the MS Word Doc in Laserfiche, then open the MS Word Doc. I have to click the Laserfiche Ribbon (inside MS Word) and select "REFRESH" to get the information to appear. Is there a way to make it automatically appear?
