Entry locked by another user

Hi Everybody,

 

Users using Laserfiche client 9.0.2 are getting message: document is locked by another user for MS Office documents when actually no user is modifying the document. 

 

Has anybody ever encountered this message in XP SP3.

We Upgraded to version 9.1.1 and did not get the error again

In the administration console you can go to Entry Locks under Activity and get a user account for who or what has locked the entry. I thought you could also mouse over the entry to see who is locking it.

We're getting this error ourselves, and although we know how to unlock a document in the admin console, it's a tad bazaar it's happening.
