What version of Adobe is recommended for importing documents into Laserfiche

 My associate is getting Error: Bad Data when trying to import PDF documents into Laserfiche. I recently found out that around the same time this started there was a change to his Adobe version. He can import the same documents from other PCs without getting any error.

Can you describe in more detail 1) how he is importing the PDF documents and 2) what he is doing when he gets this error (e.g. is it during import or when someone subsequently attempts to open the document)?  Is this with Web Access or with the desktop client application?
