One of our customers moved all of their image files to a SAN a couple of months ago. Since then, their Laserfiche Server service hangs every couple of weeks. They are still able to log into LF when this happens, but trying to open files or perform searches causes an indefinite hang for the Client. Trying to restart the Server service doesn't work, and neither does doing a standard reboot. They have to hard reboot, and once it comes back up, everything works for another couple of weeks.
They are on a virtual server running Server 2008 SP2, 64bit.
