Since the beginning of time, the Admin User has been able to log into Laserfiche, even if it was not a named user.
This was essential for diagnostic purposes and general problem solving.
Then, you removed this ability. So now when we need to see if, for example, a workflow is functioning, we have to go steal an existing a named user account and add it to Admin.
Can you color us some shade of "majorly inconvenienced"?
Whoever made this decision, please un-make it. There is a very small business case for it, and a very large operational case against it.
