Repair \ Re-install . NET impact on LF Server 8.2

Our customer has a corrupt version of .NET 4.0 that needs to be repaired or re-installed on a server running LF 8.2. Are there potential impacts on Laserfiche server? Thank you for your reply.

There should be no impact on the Laserfiche server service. The only component which ships with LFS that uses .NET is the Firewall Compatibility Component (FCC), which is used to enable compatibility with Laserfiche 7.x clients across firewalls. However, the FCC that ships with LFS 8.2 uses .NET 2.0 so I'm not clear if that would be impacted. In any case, restarts of the FCC service have no direct effect on the LFS service.
