The network name cannot be found

Hi everyone,

 

 

I am getting the below message when a user is trying to open files from Laserfiche 9.0.2/9.0.3

When I click on Yes it opens the document.

 

Can anybody explain why are we getting this message and how can we can we stop it occurence.

In LF Client, go to Tools > Options > View > Open With, make sure that electronic documents are opened using the associated application but the option "Open files directly (using WebDAV)" is unchecked.

I found it in laserfiche client options and updated attributes for everyone in admin console. Is there any way to apply it to all profiles at one go?

Hi Sweety, 

 

You have to remove the attribute [Settings]OpenEdocsUsingWebDAV for each user.
