What the heck is this error message telling me, and should I be worried when documents are OCRed? We are using 8.3.1

What's the exact version of the Laserfiche Server and Client being used? You may be running into an issue with OCRing documents that contain annotations for which we've addressed in KB 1013009. If the issue still occurs after applying that patch, then please contact your Laserfiche reseller to open a support case.
