Hi,

We are facing an issue where any office application (word, excel, outlook,..) takes around 2-3 minutes loading until get ready for use, we tried to pause the antivirus protection even remove it but still the same issue, however when tried to remove Laserfiche add in we noticed that the office loaded quickly as expected, this issue exist on all machines, we are running Laserfiche Rio 9.0.3 with Office 2010, any advice please?
