Hi there,

We are using Laserfiche 9.0.1 in our organization, we have a user when he try to scan and store documents in laserfiche using Web Access he face the following

Issue: If the user put three pages in scanner  A, B and C and press the scan button the Laserfiche process/save only the page C (the last page).

Every time he try to scan more than one page he face this issue.

Any help please...
