Can i send out emails to anyone that does not have a laserfiche license on the business process?

email service task is in process modeler but when variable for email field is inserted it does not send out an email to email that was provided.

didnt work yesterday but just tried again i deleted existing service task and added a new one and worked to internal and external email addresses.  thanks for your response.

You should be able to have the email send to anyone, whether they have a Laserfiche license or not. We do this on a regular basis with out workflows. I am not sure what would be not allowing you to send to them though. Do emails go to those that have a Laserfiche license? If so, I would think it might be a setting on your mail server. If it's not going to anyone, then it seems to be a configuration problem probably with Forms.

Sometimes Exchange may have restriction on sending emails to external email addresses like Gmail address. You can check to see whether there is such restriction.
