Upgrading Laserfiche Team to newest version

I need to upgrade a client from Laserfiche Team to the newest version.  When upgrading only, are they able to keep their concurrent licenses?  I have been told they could and if they wanted to add users they would have to upgrade to Avante and license would be per user.  Can someone give me more information about this.  Thanks!

There is no specific restriction at the present time with simply updating to the latest version while remaining on Team. Assuming they have current LSAP, their current licenses will allow activation up to the current version. I can't speak specifically to further order modifications though, you'll need to speak to your RM or Order Desk about that.

If the customer's LSAP is current and you are just upgrading the version of their software, then that will not change their current licensing model.
