We are using Laserfiche in our organization we have more than 800 users. I want to know that is there any way to get the exact date in which a user was created.

Jahanzeb,

One way I can think of is, create an audit report for the users logged in and export it as a csv. Then in the CSV, sort out the data as per date and get the users who were logged in long before.

If you have Advanced Audit Trail, you can track the "Create Trustee" event which can tell you at what time a user was created.

Thank you Aron, your answer was helpful. But I think I need more help from you, as I said earlier that we have 800+ users and many of them had never logged in, which means they are not using Laserfiche. So my manager asked me to disable/delete those users who have been created before four months and they never logged in. Can you please help me to make list of those users so that I can complete my task.

Thank you once again.
