Verify Kodak i420s and i3200 work with LF Scan Connect
Question
Question
Need to verify Kodak i420s, and Kodak i3200 Scanners work with Scan Connect did not see those on the approved list
Answer
The best way to ensure compatibility in situations like this is to request test units from the scanner manufacturer and test them using your VAR Kit. We do our best to certify commonly used scanners, but considering how many of them are out there, we can't certify every single one.

This article has a list of all scanners that Laserfiche officially supports. Neither the i420 or the i3200 are listed, but they may still work--this is only a list of scanners that we've tested and certified ourselves. If you need an official certification, you can send us a scanner, and we will test it thoroughly. Keep in mind that even if the scanner doesn't work directly with Laserfiche, scanned documents can always be imported into Laserfiche by Quick Fields using Universal Capture (and, therefore, Quick Fields Agent), Laserfiche Scanning, Import Agent, and/or drag and drop.
Ok, I already looked at the list of approved scanners before I posted as stated, but that did not answer my question, do they work with scan connect, simple yes or no. Apparently Laserfiche has not tested with scan connect so we will tell the prospect we will need to test to insure ISIS compatibility. If anyone else on forum has tested, I would appreciate hearing from them as well. Thanks
