touchpad and LaserficheForms

Hi all,

 

I have some probleme with javascript and touchpad.

 

For exemple, i can't sign my webform with my Galaxy Note 3 but with my computer, everything is ok.

 

What's wrong ?

Are you using the jsignature library? This thread might be a similar issue to what you had here. I would suggest using a different browser with your device. I believe I ran into the same issue and just used a different browser instead.

If you are using the jSignature library then see if their demo works http://willowsystems.github.io/jSignature/#/demo/

It might be that the browser you are using on the Galaxy Note 3 is not HTML5 compatible.
