I have a group of users that import documents. I have one user that was able to import up until a week or two ago. Now he can import from another pc but he cannot import from his pc. Is there possibly a setting that could have changed to stop him from being able to import from his pc? If not a setting are there certain versions of Adobe or Windows that do not work with WebAccess to import documents.

Thanks for providing the additional information. This does not sounds like any configuration/compatibility issue I am familiar with; I would recommend opening a support case.

Can you elaborate more on "he cannot import from his pc"? Does he get an error message, or does nothing happen? How is he trying to import: using drag and drop, or using file > import? What is he importing: briefcases, PDFs?
He is using the File import process. The only error is Bad Data and it does not give him the button to start import. However he can take the same document and import it from a different pc. He cannot drag and drop the document he said that gives him a round circle with a red slash through it. I asked what version Windows he was using and he is using 7
