In the admin console in user properties under the Attributes tab is a TemplateSettings Fixed option. What does this setting do and what can it be modified to?
You could set a default value for that template field in the Admin Console.
This attribute is used by scanning to define the default template. "Fixed" means it will keep using the same template, "ClientImport" means it will ue the client import template, "LastScanValue" means it will use the last scan template, "ScanFolder" means it will use the template of the folder last scanned into.
The setting is controlled by the Template drop-down list in File\Options\Scanned Document in Laserfiche Scanning.
Thanks for the help, it fixed one of our problems. The template we are using to scan has about 7 fields, or attributes. Each time scanning is opened one of the fields should always be set to the same attribute. Is there a way to select and set a particular field within the template without having the user do it every time?
