At the moment, there isn't a way to automatically populate the email address and name fields in the DocuSign configuration page. Those fields can reference your DocuSign address book, however; if the name and email address can be found in that address book, it will be displayed in a dropdown menu when you click on the appropriate field (or via autocomplete as you start typing).
