Does Audit Trail have the capability of an daily automation process to create a pdf listing all of the deletion activities that are happening in the laserfiche client?

Most likely the easiest way to do this would be to write a custom report in something like SQL Server Reporting Services. SSRS can run a scheduled report and email it out.
