Quick Fields is not running a workflow

I have a quick fields session set to start a workflow  when storing and the workflow is not running at all.  

 

I am running:

 

Server 9.1.1.486 

Workflow 9.1.1.365

QF 9.0.0.427

 

 

I have verified normal starting rules work, I just can't get Quick Fields to kick it off on store. 

 

Is there any issues with this combination?

Apply the latest Quick Fields 9.0 hotfix from KB 1013389. You'll note that it states one of the fixes to be for the issue

Quick Fields is unable to start a workflow to run on a document after storing it from Quick Fields. (109454)

I just downloaded it a few days ago so I thought the hotfix was included, seeing how it was released a while back. 

 

I'll get that installed tomorrow to verify. Thanks!

This issue has been fixed, please upgrade to the latest version of Quick Fields.

Thanks for the post guys.

Though I have wasted couple of hours, diagnosis every single setting in  QF and WF, but after applying the latest hotfix: "https://support.laserfiche.com/KB/1013497" I have it working now.
