many users are asking for notifications after a form has been created and published.

There's not a way to do this, but it's a great feature request that I will pass along to the rest of the Forms team.

The easiest way currently is just to send them an email notifying them. There is not anything built into Forms itself unless you created a form with a Process that took care of it for you. That could be cool.
