Question

Forms save to repository task

asked on April 18, 2014

I am trying to save a form to a different repository on the same server that forms is pointing to.  When the form is saved in pdf, the document contains no image or metadata.  if I save the form as a tiff, the document has the image but no metadata.  Any idea what could be causing this? The event viewers is showing access denied but the user account I am using has all rights.

Attached is the event viewer error codes I'm receiving.

The errors reported seem to indicate that the business process is configured to use the "Save to Laserfiche" option under the "Publish" section and that may be conflicting with the field data you're trying to set in the actual "Save to Repository" service task in the business process modeler. If that is the case, then just uncheck the option under the "Publish" section to remove the conflict.

Unfortunately I do not have the "save to laserfiche" option selected under the Publish section.

What makes it more strange to me is that if the form is saved as a pdf, the file is saved with no image of the form or metadata, and the files being uploaded on the form are not saved to the repository.

However, if the form is saved as a tiff, the file is saved with the image of the filled out form and saves all the uploaded files attached to the form, but again with no metadata.

Are there any settings I need to verify/change on the actual forms server when I want a form to be submitted to a different repository?  This form already saves properly to another repository on the same server.
