Support Site Shows Log Out When I Haven't Logged In

When I first go to the Support Site to log in, it is showing a Log Out link when I haven't even logged in yet. So the only way to log in is to go to Answers first and then back to the support site.

Note that you can also go directly to the Support Site login page.
