Our Sheriff's office is starting to look around for new RMS software and the current front runner is EIS. This makes me cringe because EIS has a baked in "document management" system. This amounts to simple attachments with built-in viewers for common formats and PDF annotation tools. Their claim is that with their stuff, nobody would need to use Laserfiche. Right.

Does anybody have any experience with EIS? Have there been any integrations built?
