Hello,

I'm having a problem that hasn't reared its head before - Workflow is sending out an email with a link to the Laserfiche document in question. Our Foundation uses Windows Authentication, but if they're not currently logged in, it brings up Laserfiche and asks them for a user name and password. Instead of instructing them to close it, log in, then re-click the link, there's gotta be a solution for this, right?

I'm just not sure why all of a sudden we have this issue with emailed links. Has anybody found a work around?
