Workflow not sending emails

 I am in the Workflow Admin console, we were not getting emails from our workflow. When trying to send a test email to any account outside of our domain i get the following error " Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: No such domain at this location. 

 

Any ideas on how to fix this?

This is typically a configuration issue with the SMTP server and/or firewall when the issue is specifically related to the inability to send to an external address. Confirm that the authentication settings used in the Workflow SMTP settings are allowed to send external emails. Also confirm that the firewall isn't improperly filtering these outgoing messages as spam.

 

If the SMTP request isn't even making it to the firewall, then you may want to check the SMTP logs for more details as to what the issue may be.
