Laserfiche Forms Time Stamp

I have a form that i have it dated. The users would also like them time stamped. How do i apply this to a form?

There is no way to apply a stamp directly in Forms. You would need to kick off a workflow and apply it that way. Why are they wanting the stamp applied though? There may be another way to accomplish their needs.

Are we talking a timestamp or a stamp with the time? If it's a timestamp, then you could just capture the time when the form was submitted into a field. You could stick a hidden field on the form and just populate it with some JavaScript.

 

If you mean a stamp annotation, then Blake is correct.

They want to know what time a form was submitted, in a field on the form. Not necesarrily a "stamp" on the form. There is a field that captures the time and date the form was pushed to Laserfiche, but when they print the form it is not there. They are looking for a visual.

Are they saving the form to Laserfiche? I so, they could select to include Action History. Another idea is to create a field and store the Instance Start Date to the field.
