Question

How to get the mouse clicked XY Coordinates of the image from the Client using SDK or probably CAT?

SDK
asked on April 15, 2014

Hello,

We have a requirement to apply a stamp to the image so successfully implemented a Workflow with some custom activities.  But since the image is received from several sources, the region of interest shifts a lot.

So now the customer is requesting to place the stamp in a mouse clicked/selected location.  I am running out of options and would like to know if there are any solutions using SDK or possibly the Client Automation Tool.  Have not used CAT so far but have used the SDK extensively.

Is there any way to get the xy coordinates of the mouse clicked location from the docviewer?

Thanks for any input

CAT doesn't support anything like this. You could intercept the mouse click message, check out this stackexchange post
