The OCR engine is not licensed.

We are having an issue with an OCR application with one specific computer.   We are running the toolkit application as a scheduled task.  The task is running as a doman admin.  We are seeing the error below and the LF server version and server OS are below as well.  Any ideas?

 

Error Message:

System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80040190): The OCR engine is not licensed.

 

 

Server Details:

Laserfiche 8.2.0.636
Server 2008 R2 Enterprise

We are not sure what actually resolved the issue here  but a re install of the client on the machine the Toolkit app was running on resolved the issue.

Any ideas Laserfiche Dev?  Need some help on this one.

Though the task may be running as a domain admin user, can you confirm that the user has rights to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Laserfiche\Batch Processor on that computer where the application is running?
