Changes to eletronic document not visible to all users

 We have several users that will open up an electronic document (Excel) stored in LF and will not see the most recent changes.  One user who uses more than one pc can see the changes on one pc but not the other.  Is anyone else having these issues?  Our LF version is 9.1.0.413

Were the changes made to a checked out document? Other users and machines won't see those changes until the document is checked in, as it's not updated on the Server until then.

I should have elaborated.  The documents are not checked out.  The user is simply opening the document.  No one else has the document open either.  The document is opening but not with the latest changes.
