We're currently testing SQL 2014 and we'll announce compatibility soon. Given the features we're using in SQL, we don't expect any issues.

are you testing only version 9 or version 8.2 as well?

We only test current versions. 8.3.2 is not expected to have any issues with SQL 2014, but 8.2 or earlier will not be tested.

I know it is not officially supported in the latest release. However the compatibility levels in SQL are specifically for this reason. You should be able to run the database on a 2014 engine in 2012 compatibility mode without issue.

To do this right click the database and select Options and change Compatibility Level.
