PhotoDocs 9.1 - OCR Engine Not Found Error

When trying to the run the OCR process in PhotoDocs 9.1, we receive an error that says "Failed to auto-rotate: OCR Engine not found. [PD10-152]."  We recently upgraded from 9.0.3 to 9.1 and that's when the problem began.  I've tried re-installing PhotoDocs with no luck.  The OCR process works from the Laserfiche 9.1 Client without any issues.

 

Just wondering if anybody knows how this can be resolved?

This issue will be fixed in the upcoming Laserfiche 9.2 release.

This is a known issue for 9.1. We don't have a fix yet.
