When trying to the run the OCR process in PhotoDocs 9.1, we receive an error that says "Failed to auto-rotate: OCR Engine not found. [PD10-152]." We recently upgraded from 9.0.3 to 9.1 and that's when the problem began. I've tried re-installing PhotoDocs with no luck. The OCR process works from the Laserfiche 9.1 Client without any issues.
Just wondering if anybody knows how this can be resolved?
