We have a process in laserfiche, that first we create a document with image and than save in a folder, and cannot be altered anymore, so if this same document receive any alteration we need to create another document, we do that by modifying a field in the original document and Workflow than create a new document , copying the metadata to receive the new information in anothe folder. However sometimes it creates more the one document, having duplicity and we don´t want that, we only want one document to be created per time.

So we are thinking in somehow check in that folder if the entry or document was created before it creates again. is there a way to do that with a normal activity of workflow??
