Use JPEG compression in QF8.3

 Where is this option/settings stored for Quick Fields? I need to setup a script to enforce this option to make sure this is checked for all Quick Fields computers.

It is set in the Options.xml file in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Laserfiche\Quick Fields. This file is per user, per machine.

It also could change in future versions.
