Do Plus Volumes Support E-Mail?

We ran into a situation where we prepared a Plus volume for a demo.  It was burned to a DVD. Everything worked fine (export, search, etc.) except we were not able to send an e-mail attachment.  It launched the e-mail client, but then did not attach the file to the message.  Is this functionality that Plus supports?  And would this work if we moved the Plus volume to a hard disk, or to a flash drive?

We tested this using a different Plus CD, running on a laptop, and it worked fine. I think it was a configuration issue with their set up, and/or anti-virus at work.

It should be supported - if it wasn't we would have removed the menu item. I'm not sure if the fact that it's coming from a DVD matters, perhaps it's running into some windows security side effect. Does it work for you to open an email first and then drag the file into it manually as an attachment?
