Hi Don,

Here are the causes in our sites:

  • The customer has changed the scan resolution (or device) meaning the zones were set up for an area of the page that just doesn't exist in a lower DPI.
  • A smaller page is being used. For example a receipt-sized docket is being used were an A4 or Letter document was previously used.

Could any of those be an issue?

I would guess you have a zone setup in pixels that runs over the edge of your image at scan time. I'd try changing your zones from using pixels to percentage and see if that fixes it.

Thanks, I will look at that.  The user says they didn't change anything and it's been running for years before this (literally 4 or 5)...  It's been so long since I worked with QF that I forgot a bunch of stuff!!

It appears the scan resolution was changed.  When I changed it to a higher value it started to process correctly without the error, looks like that was the issue.  Thanks for the tip!
