One of our clients has reported that since upgrading to LF9.0, they have been fighting with an issue in the scanning interface.  Most of the PCs will resolve the issue by uninstalling LF, ScanConnect, and the ISIS driver and then reinstalling.  But they have 1 PC that just will not seem to populate the dropdowns for the Paper Source and Color option in the LF Scanning UI.

Any one else ever see this?  Any ideas on how to resolve it?

If they go into the Scanner settings, they can select the paper source and color option they want, but it is annoying to have to click through the settings screens to set what they should be able to do from the UI.
