Saving Saved Searches

So I had a client that got a new computer, and when we installed Laserfiche...none of her saved searches were listed.  However, when I look in the Admin Console under her attributes, I see there are saved searches listed there.  Is there a trick to getting those saved searches back to her at the client level??

What version of the Client is this? You need Client 8.3 or later to pull saves searches from attributes - earlier versions will use the registry. Also, 8.3 itself didn't always pull/write from the attributes correctly in scenarios where information was also in the registry, so you might want to check if it's in the registry on the old machine. If it's v9 or later, you'll probably need to contact Support.
