Question

Value cannot be null and Parameter name: type

asked on April 1, 2014

Just upgraded a customer to Laserfiche 9.1.1 on the server and client, however, they're still using QF 8.3 per request as they're not ready to move to the latest version.  Upon upgrading, now when they try to store from Quickfields they get the following message: Value cannot be null and parameter name: type.  All the workstations are running Windows 7, and the Server is Server 2012 with SQL 2008 R2.  This was working just fine prior to the upgrade.  Any ideas before I open a support case?

Thanks!

Make sure that the latest Quick Fields 8.3 hotfix from KB 1013165 has been applied.
