When I snapshot a file all of the fields get changed.

When a loan document gets snapshot into Laserfiche, all of the fields get changed to fields that cannot be read.  Why would this do this?  Is there any fixes we can do?   Its only happening to a couple computers but we are afraid it may get bigger.

Is Snapshot installed locally on each workstation? Check how Snapshot is configured and confirm what template is being used. Then confirm how security is set up in the Laserfiche Administration Console for that template and its fields. Make any changes as necessary and confirm that the correct template is being used and that users have the proper access to that template and its fields.

Yes snapshot is installed locally on each workstation. The template they are using is open to everybody and has been used for over a year.  I checked the settings for the stations giving us the problem and they are configured correctly.
