Is it possible to create a support site account that only has access to documentation - i.e. no access to licenses, serial numbers or activation keys?

Yes. The "License Download Access" role associated with the Support Site account controls this. You will need to have the VAR Admin or User Admin role in order to modify the roles for other users' Support Site accounts.

The customer checked this and it seems they are still able to see the activation keys despite not having the license download access role. Is this correct?
