Large # of web users!

I have a potential Laserfiche user that would like their client base (which can fluctuate from 1,000 up to 3,000 customers) to log in (Web Access / WebLink) and review their financial reports and records. Obviously they can't purchase 3,000 licenses. Yet security demands individual log ins / security.

Has anyone had a similar situation? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Rio, WebLink unlimited and some beefy servers sounds like the right choice.

The unlimited portal license for RIO or Avante would enable you to set up that many users. You would then theoretically be limited only by server resources. You could still create accounts for user access as long as they used Weblink to access the files. Weblink would give them secure read-only access. Web Access would take full named user licenses so that would not be realistic according to your description. Beefy servers would be recommended as Devin mentioned.

How do you setup the 1000+ users to access weblink if you have a RIO System that has 100 Named User license which is in use?

Each of the weblink users will have a folder assigned to them with read/browse only rights.

Need to make sure of this since i have to setup the 1000+ users for weblink unlimited.
