Is there a complete list of differences between Web Access and the LF Client?

Has anyone created a full list of differences between the Thick Client and Web Access?  I am trying to understand limitations and or advantages of either.

First limitation you can put on your list is with regards to PDF's not viewable inside the browser as they are inside the client.

 

Second limitation on Web access is that you have to download the files/export locally, i do not think you can directly edit a doc file via the browser itself unless its IE, it did not work for me using Firefox to edit a doc file.

 

Hopefully you can share you list when other users posts what they have noticed as well.
