Update web access

 Next week, I will update Web Access in a big company, and can't be no wrong.

 

They have 8.3.

 

Do I need to be careful on anything special?

I don't have any relevant upgrade experience to share, but with some planning even a totally failed upgrade doesn't have to become a disaster.  Can you snapshot the VM, or is there a separate server you can install on?  If it is a different server, how will you switch clients over (DNS, etc)?  How will you validate that the installation was successful?
